Abstract:
Local communities' capability must be strengthened in order to achieve the NDC, Sendai Framework, SDGs, and LTS LCCR 2050. The disaster management strengthening cycle begins with readiness, then moves on to prevention and mitigation, risk assessment, disaster response, and recovery. The study's findings indicate that risk assessment and recovery are still insufficient, and that additional techniques and regulations are needed to help. Strengthening local institutions remains a top objective in efforts to meet the NDC, Sendai Framework, and LTS LCCR 2050 targets.
