Manokwari is the one of the regencies in West Papua Province has developed the Adiwiyata schools. But the total of them are not more than schools in Manokwari. SMA Negeri 2 Manokwari is the one of the schools that implementate the life environment education. The aim of this study was to examine the implementation of the life environment education on school cleanness at SMA Negeri 2 Manokwari. This study used a description method with a case study thecnic, qualitative and quantitative approaches, and the data analysis used multiple correlation.The dataes collected using questionnairs, interview, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of life environment education at SMA Negeri 2 Manokwari has positive and significant on school cleanness. This activity involved the school participation in planning, execution, and evaluation according to each responsibility of them. The components of implementation it consist of environment insight policy, the execution of Environment Based Curriculum, the activity of Participation Based Environment, and the managing of Confidant Environmet Supporting Tools has a good value because of the school participation, signed with the environment arrangement which makes the school are clean, pleasant and tidy.The correlation value between implementation of Life Environment Education at SMA Negeri 2 Manokwari on the cleanness was 0,643 has had a strong correlation, so it showed that principle implementation life environment education and componen of life envoronment education has a strong effect to the cleanness at SMA Negeri 2 Manokwari

The limitation of the substrate for the recruitment of coral species at the Saleo beach study site is limited due to historic destructive practices such as fishing using bombs and the increase of fault cover in particular between 2016 and 2017. This research was conducted for 6 months using the Coral Recruitment Tile method. This method uses an artificial substrate for coral placement at 5-7 meter with slope of substrate. The substrate will be removed every two, four and six months after placement to identify the type of coral attached. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of the substrate types and its placement, duration, diversity of attached coral species. The results indicated that coral recruitments were the genus Pocillopora, Porites, Seriatopora, Montipora, Stylophora and Goniastrea. The highest coral abundance was genus Pocillopora with a value of 8 ind. (38.10%) while Stylophora and Goniastrea were the least with 1 ind. (4,76%) each. Species diversity is classified as moderate with a value of 1.5. The analysis showed that the placement duration of the tiles in ocean influences the recruitment of coral species (<0.05), whereas the type of substrate used did not significantly influence the
recruitment of coral genus (>0.05). The placement of substrate for a long time would facilitate new settlements from the reproduction of coral species.

This thesis is analyzing policy strategy of sustainable mangrove management, which in this time that populations are decreased. These studies are described by decreasing of areal mangrove and the damage if areal mangroves still decrease on every years. This studies are analyze an effect to coastal condition of the Telaga Wasti Sowi IV, caused by mangrove as natural protector do not function maximal, and areal mangrove was influence social economy aspect, and the productivity of prawn and fishery. The location of this study is coastal area of Telaga Wasti Sowi IV Manokwari, in Papua Barat where there are some decreases of mangrove area. The methods of analysis are related by policy of zoning and pattern of coastal management and also the defrayal for management mangrove. Tools for analysis in this study are spatial analysis by GIS, analysis problems, and last analysis is determination of strategy for mangrove management by SWOT analysis. Result of analysis is indicate that found the cause decrease mangrove
are land conversion, system of policy which not synchronize one another and also
instruction of pattern of defrayal which the structure less become of management
of mangrove less be maximal and have sustainable. From this research, it can be concluded that the need for integrated of management from all aspects can reduce existing problems such as function change, policy overlapping, and re-rehabilitation of the function of mangrove forests as a natural protector of the coast. From this conclusion it is recommended for integrated management where there are patterns of community involvement with assistance and guidance from the local government as policy makers to carry out sustainable management of mangrove forests and minimize existing land use
change.

Since Manokwari became the capital of Papua Barat Province,transportation mean, i.e. vehicles in Manokwari started to increase tremendously. Vehicles are one of transportation tools produce carbon dioxide (CO2) emission. It causes greenhouse gas which contributes to global warming. The ability of absorption of plants through photosynthesis can reduce CO2 emission. The study aims to measure the amount of carbon dioxide emission produced by vehicle activities along the main street in Manokwari and to calculate the number of trees, to be planted along side the street. That can absorb CO2 emission produced by vehicles. The number of vehiclesis calculated by using traffic counting. Total emissions of CO2 obtained from multiplying the number of vehicles with CO2 emissions factor. Observation point is chosen purposively based on peak hours of traffic in the street. The number of trees needed to absorb all of CO2 emission is taken from the result of devision of the total weight of CO2 emission produced by vehicles toward the ability of each tree in absorbing CO2. The data of the ability of CO2 absorption is the secundary data obtain from research done by Endes N. Dahlan. The analysis of simple linear regression by using SPSS program is used to observe the relationship between number of population and number of vehicles. The result of total number of vehicles that pass on the seven main streets in Manokwari are 20.382 vehicles/hour. The amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emission produced from activities of vehicles along the main streets in Manokwari based on the types of vehicles is 24.081.891,92 kg/year.The need of number of trees which can be planted along side the main street in Manokwari in order to absorb CO2 emission from vehicles is 31 kinds of trees depending on the variation between planting distance and the ability of absorption. The result of linear regression analysis
shows that the relationship between number of population in Manokwari significantly affects the increasing of number of vehicles through the equal simple linear regression y = -66408 + 1,09x. It also reveals that the increasing number of vehicles continuously will cause the increasing and accumulation of CO2 emission in the air and affect the global warming. The amount of CO2 emission in 2020 will increase to 36.208.219,25 kg/year andwill continuously increase to 60.284.112,32 kg/year in 2030. To anticipate the gradual increase of CO2 concentration, it is must to plant trees to create a green belt along side the main street, that have the ability to absorb all CO2emission so that CO2 emission in Manokwari can be minimized in the future
