Papua dalam Jejaring Bahasa Politik dan Politik Bahasa: Studi UU Otsus Papua

Abstract

Land papua is a region in indonesia that given special authority in the form of a statute no. 21 years 2001 on special autonomy called as political will state to the people papua. It is based on the implementation of the government and the implementation of development in Papua during the integration with Indonesia has not been fully meet the sense of justice , welfare , manifesting law enforcement , and respect for human rights for the people of papua . Aim of this study is to express law of special authority of Papua as a public discourse power in which contain some authority and policy, and also to explore the form of lingual in a political and political language for the administration system of the republic of Indonesia. Political language that breaks down over political texts is identical with language of government bureaucracy as a means of the powers of the state. Those political language is in the form of slogan or propaganda , language of ruler (government officials), a lexicon, expression, a metaphor, and others that can be used for political purposes, namely as a tool and political practices. In the context of Papua’s local politic, the use of political language be able to be implemented through political speeches or document about the status, situation, political and social conditions in Papua, in order to strengthen a frame of national unity of the Indonesian Republic. But, the implementation of special authority of law in Papua is not followed by politics language sufficient and often inconsistent .As a result political language cause violence is psychical or violence symbolic . slogan or propaganda , language of ruler (government officials), a lexicon, expression, a metaphor, and others that can be used for political purposes, namely as a tool and political practices.
