Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance and to determine what factors dominantly affect the performance of PT PLN UIW P2B..P3B Manokwari-ULP Prafi employees, Manokwari Regency. The variables observed in this study include work ability, work motivation and work discipline. The primary data used in the study were obtained from questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies and from a review of scientific literature. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained for R2 are 0.788. This explains that 78.8% of the dependent variable used is able to explain the performance of PT. the PLN. While the remaining 21.2% is explained by other variables that are not included as variables in the model. The final result shows that work ability, work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance at the 95% confidence level.
