The groundwater quality is determined by its physical, chemical and biological properties. The physical properties include turbidity, temperature and total dissolved solids (TDS), chemical properties including pH, Total Iron (Fe), Nitrite, Nitrate, Hardness, Chloride, Manganese and Zinc, as well as biological properties including total chloriform bacteria and E.coli.The objective of this study was to analyze the quality of groundwater of several well in Aimas District based on Minister of Health Regulation R.I. No.416 / Menkes / Per / IX / 1990 and analyzing the spatial distribution of groundwater quality. The research method used in this research is survey method covering groundwater sampling by purposive sampling technique at 10 (ten) location in Aimas District based on land use consideration. Data analysis of laboratory test results of groundwater samples were done descriptively, graphically and spatially using Geostatistical Analysis and Kriging interpolation on ArcGIS 10.The results showed that there are some parameters that are above the quality standard, such as the temperature at the regent's office of 35.7 oC, TDS in the Wood Processing Place of 2.746 mg / L, Turbidity in front of the military complex of 38 NTU scale, (1,1798 mg / L), Wood Working Place (1,448 mg / L) and Poultry Farm (1,4058 mg / L). The location of the front of military complex is 992,88 mg / L and Iron (Fe) at Aimas Health Center (1,1798 mg / L).From 10 (ten) sample points, there are 5 (five) samples whose quality is above the quality standard and 5 (five) samples of good quality. Spatial dispersion of groundwater quality is increasingly towards the west the higher the level of groundwater quality. This is influenced by the hydrogeological and geological conditions of the sampling site. |
